I have struggled with my weight for many years. I have been on every diet, weight loss food program, weight loss supplements, and vitamins that are on the market today. Nothing ever seemed to work for the long term. I even thought that once I was diagnosed with Thyroid Disease and had my thyroid gland operated on, that would solve my weight problems and issues. But no, that didn’t help either.
Apparently, I lacked the motivation to stick to any program long enough to get the results I wanted. One time, I was on a 3 shakes a day plan and I stuck to this like glue. I was so proud of myself because I did not cheat one single time in the 3 weeks I was on this very expensive shake diet. I purposely did not weigh myself at all. Not one time! What willpower, hey? Yeah, No! I lost 3 pounds in the entire 3 weeks. I was so disappointed that I took myself out for one of my favorites, a hot fudge sundae!
So, on and on, I would go, trying the newest gimmick or supplement to help me lose these stubborn pounds that had gradually taken over my body.
WHY I WANT TO HELP PEOPLE
I want to help others try to find answers to their weight loss journey and keep them from having to struggle like I did. In another article I am going to list all the Food Programs, Exercise routines and DVD’s, and supplements and powders that I have tried over the past several years and why they didn’t work for me.
I took so many supplements, I was afraid they might interact with each other and cause me some real damage. I tried all of the below supplements for weeks at a time. Again, with no real results. It cost me a lot of money to buy each and every one of them, and again, no lasting results.

- Garcinia Cambogia Extract
- Green Tea Extract
- White Kidney Bean Extract
- Zantrex pills and Energy Powders
- Various Detox teas
I knew in my heart that this was not the way to lose the weight I needed to lose. I knew I should change my eating habits and really step up my exercise routine. But we all know, that is easier said than done. My goal here is to help others like myself that have struggled with weight loss for many years and have tried numerous products and programs that haven’t been the right ones that worked for them.
